Our Story
We are Rehan and Jennifer Jaddi, founders of the 12s Day Foundation.
We got married on December 12th - 12s Day.
For twenty years we've had Seahawks season tickets, and what has always inspired us is that the fans aren't passive. They're not sitting there hoping — they're participating. The noise, the energy, the belief — it moves players, disrupts opponents, and genuinely changes what happens on that field. The 12s aren't spectators. They're a force. That idea — that showing up with heart actually changes outcomes — is something we've carried with us long after leaving the stadium.
On our last anniversary, we looked at each other and asked: what if we channeled that same energy toward the people in our community who need it most?
That question became the 12s Day Foundation. December 12th is 12s Day. Join us in our annual giving initiative.
Our mission is to invest in the long-term stability and opportunity of single mothers and underserved children — through direct support, education access, and community programs.
We're a fully approved 501(c)(3) public charity, incorporated in Washington state.
The Founders
VP of Technology & CISO at Rent The Runway, Rehan brings over 20 years of software leadership and problem solving experience to everything he does. A Seattle native who grew up on Mercer Island, with his degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington he began his career as a licensed Professional Engineer. After rising to Associate Principal at AKB Engineering, Rehan pivoted to technology, spending 12 years at Microsoft — as an Accenture consultant and as an employee, helping shape some of the world's most widely used software. He later helped lead the Bellevue office for Agilysys as SVP before joining Rent The Runway. A Seahawks season ticket holder for over 20 years and a proud girl dad, Rehan is passionate about the Seattle area. He co-founded 12s Day Foundation to support the community he has always called home.

A registered nurse with degrees from Bellevue College and the University of Washington, Jennifer has spent her career dedicated to the service of others in her personal life and as an RN for over 20 years. A Pacific Northwest native who made the Seattle area home in 1998, she is passionate about our community and family. As a longtime PTSA leader and mother of two daughters who grew up right here in the Sammamish-Eastside community, Jennifer understands firsthand what it means for families to have strong, invested support around them. As co-founder of 12s Day Foundation, she brings both professional compassion and personal commitment to the belief that every family deserves stability, opportunity, and someone genuinely in their corner.
